• Location: Louisville, MS
• Shifts: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (3 days per week)
• Compensation:$600 - $750
• Status:1099 Contract

Exam Space Requirement: This position requires providers to have access to their own ADA‑compliant exam room or office space.
