Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking an Audiologist to perform routine audiometric testing and support patient management. You will counsel patients on hearing health and discuss treatment options, including aural habilitative or rehabilitative services.

The role requires AuD, Texas licensure, BLS/CPR, and ASHA CCC-SLP within 90 days, with Medical Audiology experience preferred. On-site position with opportunities to contribute to quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (AuD) in Audiology or Communication Disorders with a major in Audiology.
• One year of Medical Audiology experience; hearing aid dispensing preferred.
• Texas state licensure in Audiology; BLS/CPR; ASHA CCC-SLP within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine audiometric testing and interpretation of results.
• Recommend and dispense appropriate assistive listening devices.
• Counsel patients and families on hearing health and treatment options.
