Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Clinical Audiologist to join our growing Palm Beach Gardens team. This full-time role supports ENT physicians with diagnostic testing, audiological assessments, and fitting digital hearing aids to ensure a strong patient journey.

Candidates may have Doctor of Audiology or Masters, with Florida licensure; new graduates welcomed. We value communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in a busy private practice setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Audiology or Masters degree in Audiology.
• Must be eligible for Florida state licensure.
• Open to recent graduates; varies in experience.
• Must solve problems and work independently when needed.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians and team members.

Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic tests and recommend rehabilitative services.
• Complete audiological and electrophysiological assessments (OAEs).
• Fit and dispense digital hearing aids and ALDs/accessories.
• Conduct aural rehabilitation assessments and community education.
• Provide patient instruction and counseling to create the best journey.
