Job summary

Abbott EP is seeking a Clinical Associate in the United States to provide clinical and technical support for electrophysiology products in a hospital setting. You will work with physicians and hospital staff, applying EP technology to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias while building strong clinical relationships with customers.

You will receive structured training, participate in regional seminars, and collaborate with sales, education, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Verification that you satisfy vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for Abbott EP products across field inquiries.
• Provide regional EP procedural case coverage in an electrophysiology lab and/or OR setting.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and Abbott EP business.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of EP products, software, and capabilities.
• Support EP Sales Reps with training seminars, data collection, troubleshooting and product in-services.
• Continuously develop engineering, sales and technical skills aligned with territory strategy and management expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and competitors’ products.
