Winchester Hospital is a 223-bed regional hospital in the northwest suburban Boston area, seeking a Clinical Associate to support patient care under a nurse's supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, reposition patients, take vital signs, collect specimens, and help transport supplies to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (strongly preferred) and BLS certification; eligible CNA, nursing student with a clinical rotation, or CATP

3, 12 hour nights shifts/week, including every other weekend and holiday requirements.
Working under the direction of a nurse, the Clinical Associate contributes to the Hospital’s mission by performing basic procedures necessary to provide patients’ care, comfort, and safety. This clinical staff position will have an impact on the quality of care and patient satisfaction by providing for their physical and emotional needs.
As a Clinical Associate at Winchester Hospital, you will be responsible (but not limited to) for the following:
High school diploma/equivalent is strongly preferred.
Pay Range: $19.50 - $26.24 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
