Winchester Hospital is seeking a Clinical Associate to join the team on a 12 hours/week schedule with day shifts and rotating weekends/holidays. Under a nurse's direction, you will perform basic procedures to support patient care, comfort, and safety, impacting quality and satisfaction.
You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, specimen handling, vital signs, and catheter care. A High School diploma, BLS, and relevant clinical experience or CATP completion are required.

Schedule: 12 hours/week, day shift, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Working under the direction of a nurse, the Clinical Associate contributes to the Hospital’s mission by performing basic procedures necessary to provide patients’ care, comfort, and safety. This clinical staff position will have an impact on the quality of care and patient satisfaction by providing for their physical and emotional needs.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $26.24
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
