Upstate Medical University in Syracuse is seeking a Neurologist to provide general inpatient services. You will collaborate with various departments and staff a headache and infusion center, offering outpatient visits and procedural services like botox therapy.

The role involves teaching medical students, residents, and fellows through lectures and supervision. Minimum qualifications include completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program and fellowship training in Headache Medicine.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program.
• Fellowship trained in Headache Medicine.
• Board certified and/or Board eligible in Vascular Neurology.
• Holds a NYS Medical License or ability to obtain a NYS Medical License prior to starting.

Job Summary

Provide general inpatient services on the Neurology team at SUNY Upstate campuses. Collaborate with colleagues from other Departments involved in providing care. Staff state‑of‑the‑art headache and infusion center to provide outpatient visits, botox therapy and other procedural services. Teach medical students, residents and fellows through lectures, supervision and performance.
