The University of North Alabama’s School of Natural Sciences, Engineering, & Mathematics in the College of Arts, Sciences, & Engineering invites applications for clinical assistant.

Persons holding clinical assistant positions normally work with graduate faculty who teach three to six credit hours per semester. Payment for clinical assistant positions is on a standardized university scale according to credit hours taught. Application for this posting is an application for entrance into an approved pool from which clinical assistants will be selected based on enrollment.

Responsibilities will include various duties associated with student engagement in large enrollment graduate courses. The assigned course(s) is fully online. Assignment of duties will be by the faculty member of record for the course. Typical duties involve giving feedback on assignments, moderating discussion boards, fielding technical questions, participating in class discussions, and office hours.

An earned Master's degree is required and significant practitioner experience in the area of the course assigned is preferred. Professional certification(s) and teaching experience are a plus.
