Job summary

OroMed in Fortuna, CA is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Assistant to serve as the on-site liaison during live telehealth dental exams. You will welcome patients, collect medical history, guide the intraoral camera, and ensure a smooth connection between patients and licensed dentists.

The role requires a high school diploma and a Medical or Dental Assistant Certification, plus strong communication skills and ability to work Sundays as scheduled.

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Medical or Dental Assistant Certification

• Strong communicationskills

• Current immunizations and TB screening

• Availability to work Sundays as scheduled, based on operational needs.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Familiarity with dental tools/terminology

• Current CPR or BLS card

• Healthcare or customer-facing experience

• 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate

• CA Dental Practice Act Certificate

• Fluency in another language is a strong plus
