The Clinical Assistant provides both clinical and administrative support within an outpatient practice. This position works closely with providers, patients, and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient office operations. Full-time position Typical hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 dayshift (flexibility to start at 7 or end at 6)

Guthrie Ithaca Hanshaw Road Family Medicine provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns and children to adults and seniors. As a Clinical Assistant, you would help support patients throughout every stage of life and play an important role in their healthcare journey.
As a Clinical Assistant, you would help patients who require ongoing care and monitoring, creating meaningful relationships and continuity of care.
Performs duties of a clinical and clerical nature. Maintains records and applies knowledge and skills to run a full functioning office for one or more Providers in Clinic. Assists professional staff by performing routine duties in caring for patients.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to communicate and excellent customer service skills a must. Must be dependable, professional, flexible and able to multi-task.
Pay ranges from $ 17.40-$25.16 based off experience.
