  • CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient visits.
  • Greet and prepare patients for examination, including taking vital signs and medical history.
  • Assist physicians with orthopaedic procedures such as casting, splinting, and wound care.
  • Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of clinical supplies and orthopaedic equipment.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate imaging studies, and process referrals.
  • Educate patients on post-visit care, use of orthopaedic devices, and rehabilitation instructions.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to support care coordination.
  • Comply with infection control and safety protocols at all times.
