Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks BCBAs to join a clinician-led organization where BCBA leadership guides every level. The role offers up to 50% telehealth, a semi-remote schedule, and a small in-person caseload for assessments.

You’ll lead FBAs, design function-based treatment plans, and support families while collaborating with Clinical Directors. The annual salary is $90,000–$100,000 with a bonus potential up to $21,600 and robust onboarding.

• Criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical required.
