Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Clin Apps Spec to lead the final implementation and training for CMSU imaging modalities across facilities. You will work with doctors, nurses, and technologists to maximize proficiency and satisfaction with CMSU products and services.

The role requires strong project management, clinical communication, and teaching skills, with responsibility for maintaining ongoing client relationships and producing training reports. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Must hold active radiologic technologist credentials and ARRT modality certifications as applicable.
• Minimum 2-year/associate degree in Radiologic Technology for the modality.
• Strong project management and teaching capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the project manager for final implementation of a CMSU diagnostic imaging modality at each site.
• Develop and manage training plans and sessions for clinicians to optimize CMSU use.
• Consult with physicians on best practices to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Identify additional training needs and prepare targeted sessions as required.
• Maintain as primary clinical contact for CMSU at each facility.
• Complete site reports documenting daily training activities.
• Provide pre/post communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain technical and clinical proficiency and resolve image quality issues.
• Escalate unresolved system performance issues and coordinate with service engineers.
• Provide mid-week updates to Applications Management and Canon team.
