Job summary

Centria offers a full-time, paid practicum through the Elevate program to support BCBA pathway development, with supervision hours, mentorship, and broad clinical exposure to children and families.

You’ll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and advance through Emerge, Empower, Ascend with milestone-based wage increases and a clear path toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a master’s-level ABA program (verified before start date).
• Completed master’s degree with enrollment in (or completion of) an ABA course sequence.
• Ability to work full-time, including afternoon and early evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in in-home, center, or school settings.
• Participate in 1:1 and group supervision with experienced BCBAs.
• Learn and apply clinical best practices across six core domains.
• Attend professional development sessions and apply learnings in real time.
• Progress through Elevate's stages and earn milestone rewards.

Job description

Are you working toward your BCBA and looking for a practicum experience that actually supports your growth? Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity where you'll earn supervision hours, mentorship, and support across all hours, all while building real clinical experience with children and families.

As part of the Elevate team, you’ll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway,Emerge, Empower, Ascend, with built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support.

Compensation: $20- $23 base pay with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.

What You’ll Need

• Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master’s-level ABA program (verified before start date), or a completed master’s degree with enrollment in (or completion of) an ABA course sequence.

• Ability to work full-time, including availability for afternoon and early evening hours
