The role requires 3+ years in Cath Lab/IR/EP, clinical software training experience, and relevant certifications, with up to 85% travel and strong collaboration across clinical and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical education, clinical practice, or similar within Cath Lab/IR/EP
• Experience as a clinical software trainer or analyst
• Active RCIS, RN, or RT(R) certification required
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across North America
• Proficiency with clinical information systems and healthcare software

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians and IT teams to configure and optimize Philips Xper Hemodynamics solutions
• Lead clinical workflow assessments and customer discussions to align with clinical goals
• Deliver hands-on clinical education and training to healthcare professionals
• Troubleshoot moderately complex clinical application issues and provide implementation support
• Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams; travel frequently across NA
