Job summary

UI Health in Chicago seeks Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologists to join the Department of Anesthesiology. Subspecialty fellowship in Cardiac, Neurosurgical, Pain Medicine, or Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred but not required. The role involves providing anesthesia services, directing CRNAs, and mentoring residents.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.
• Subspecialty fellowship training in Cardiac, Neurosurgical, Pain Medicine, or Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred.
• For Cardiac and Neurosurgical Anesthesiology, a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services.
• Train residents and fellows.
• Medically direct CRNAs.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
