Job summary

VHC Health is seeking a Clinical Anesthesia Technician (Per-Diem) to help establish setup and turnover in the Main Operating Room and CVOR, ensuring safe patient care across anesthesia environments. The role supports procedures across OBs, PACU, ICU, and related departments.

Required is a High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a clinical technician program is preferred, with at least 1 year of related healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a clinical technician program is preferred.
• One year as an Anesthesia Technician or a year of healthcare/patient care experience is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Certified Anesthesia Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide for safe patient care by establishing set-up and turnover in the Main Operating Room (OR), Cardiovascular Operating Rooms (CVOR) and other anesthesia environments.
• Assists in OBs, Bronchoscopy, PACU, Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Radiology, Emergency Department, Endoscopy, ICU, CVICU and Cath lab as needed.

Certification/Licensure:

Certified Anesthesia Technician is preferred.
