Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or natural sciences or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on data management, statistics, or data analysis in clinical research.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and compliant workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with data managers and developers on scripting, testing, and implementing study databases.
• Creates, troubleshoots, and updates programs for analyzing and reporting clinical data.
• Uses AI tools to speed up development while ensuring validation and privacy compliance.
• Develops dashboards and analytics content to monitor clinical trials.
• Performs QC on programs and study documents and maintains auditable documentation.
• Participates in UAT, validation, and data review processes.
