Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Clinical Affairs intern to gain experience in a fast-paced, regulated clinical research setting. You will collaborate with R&D, Project Management, Health Care Solutions, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to support clinical programs and develop a broad understanding of the regulatory landscape.

You will review literature, monitor data with CRCs, and present findings. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, with a 3.0+ GPA and U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or General Sciences; must stay enrolled.
• GPA 3.0 or higher (verified at time of hire).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with R&D Engineering, Project Management, Health Care Solutions, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to support clinical research programs.
• Perform clinical intelligence activities to understand treatment options and studies.
• Accompany Clinical Research Associates to monitor data at investigative sites.
• Prepare literature review summaries evaluating current clinical outcomes.
• Shadow CRC at cross-functional meetings to learn the clinical trial development process.
