Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Clinical Liaison to evaluate patients for admissions and integrate company values into daily practice. The role includes pre-admission evaluations, maintaining a sales territory, and coordinating marketing and PR activities for the hospital.

You will track activities and ensure compliance with standards. Required licensure and at least three years of healthcare experience, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years healthcare experience required.
• Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP).
• Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and reimbursement impact on hospital operations.
• Strong computer skills including data entry, email, and records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.
• Maintains and grows assigned sales territory.
• Develops, implements, evaluates, and refines territory sales plans.
• Coordinates marketing and public relations activities as assigned.
• Tracks sales activity and maintains client profiles with compliance.
• Contributes to program development initiatives.
• Maintains safety and infection prevention standards.
• Keeps regular attendance and adheres to work schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support organization.
