Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, licensedSpeech Therapist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will meet with new patients, assess their speech needs, and create personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also document all patient care, observe and participate in treatment, and adjust goals and milestones as needed to support the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, can provide compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients for the first time in their speech journey, answering introductory questions
• Make evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that patient, working with them to set short- and long-term goals for their speech and wellness
• Assist in the implementation of the treatment plan, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintain excellent records of patient needs, care, and outcomes
• Work closely with the family of the patients and the patients themselves to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success
