Foundation Health Partners seeks a dependable Clinic Technician to support outpatient care at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. You will assist with patient intake, basic clinical procedures, and clinic operations to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to outstanding service while collaborating with providers and staff to improve patient lives; high school diploma and medical terminology knowledge are required, CNA experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; medical terminology knowledge required or to be completed within six months.
• Excellent organizational, human relations, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepares patient for exam by taking vital signs and documenting symptoms.
• Assists providers with exams and minor in-office procedures; maintains patient flow.
• Provides clerical support and ensures complete medical records and billing information.
• Schedules, reschedules, and confirms appointments; communicates orders to patients.
• Maintains clean, sterile environment and proper handling of hazards.
• Orders supplies, monitors inventory, and coordinates equipment maintenance.
• Facilitates effective communication with external and internal customers.
