Job summary

Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE in Eckert, CO is seeking a Clinic Support to travel between Montrose and Eckert. The role supports exam preparation, patient check-in, vital-sign recording, and basic clinical tasks under supervision, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

You will collaborate with PCPs/RNs, maintain records in the EMR, and help coordinate transportation for appointments, contributing to high-quality, person-centered care for seniors.

Qualifications

• State-approved Medical Assisting or CNA training completed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with frail or elderly population.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and medical histories; prepare exam rooms and patients for visits.
• Assist providers with procedures, maintain documentation, and coordinate appointments.
• Schedule outside specialty visits and arrange transportation as needed.
• Greet patients, check them in, and prepare them for the PCP/RN visit.
• Assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision and maintain clean, stocked rooms.
