Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse supervisor in California to oversee patient care support staff and implement quality improvement programs. Under the general direction of the Patient Care Delivery Director, you will ensure efficient use of resources and contribute to a patient-centered care culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN school of nursing.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years Current medical office experience with references.
• 2 years Nursing staff supervisory experience in a patient care delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the patient care support staff under the general direction of the Patient Care Delivery Director.
• Develops and implements quality improvement programs; ensures efficient allocation and use of resources.
