Job summary

Massage Envy Wichita East is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a team of caring professionals toward helping guests feel their best. The role blends coaching, sales, and service in a fast-paced personal wellness environment.

You will drive membership and retail, manage schedules and operations, and foster a positive culture where staff feel valued and guests receive exceptional care. Full-time and part-time options available; training provided and earning potential enhanced by bonuses.

Qualifications

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required.
• Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving membership, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, and more.
• Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance
• Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
• Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly
• Develop positive relationships and build confidence with employees, members, and guests
