Job summary

Swedish Health Services in Seattle is seeking a Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and teaching needs, with a collaborative health care team.

This full-time day shift requires WA RN license, BLS, and 18 months of nursing experience. Base pay range is $43.82–$68.03 per hour, with potential additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• At least an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current Washington RN license at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting.

Description

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Required Qualifications:
