Job summary

• Interpret and execute physician orders accurately, seeking clarification when necessary.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care based on patient response.
• Oversee and guide nursing assistants and technicians to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Prioritize patient care tasks and manage competing demands with clinical judgment.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, shift reports, and execution of ordered procedures.
