Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to be a central figure in our patient care team. You will deliver compassionate care, conduct screenings, assessments, and coordinate care for diverse populations using technology to streamline workflows.

You will combine clinical knowledge with compassionate patient-centered care, emphasizing communication and adaptability to learners.

Qualifications

• Completion of RN program.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• AZ RN licensure.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR).
• Communication and team-building skills.
• Clinical competency per department requirements.
• BSN preferred.
• 2+ years outpatient/ambulatory experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Leadership or coordinator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician time, patient schedule, and clinical duties of the care team.
• Promote efficient patient flow and adapt to day-to-day activities.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide preventive health education and care coordination.
• Act as a resource and role model for the department.
• Pursue opportunities to increase skills and knowledge.
