Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care; conducts assessments, administers medications, and monitors patients.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote continuity of care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
