MU Health Care seeks a compassionate Clinic RN for our Neurology Clinic at Keene Street Medical Center in Columbia, MO. This on-site role is part-time as needed, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a base pay range of $33.75/hour.

Qualificações

  • Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.

Responsabilidades

  • Assess the patient's condition and nursing needs, set goals, and prescribe appropriate nursing actions to meet goals and patient needs including discharge planning.
  • Assess and respond to patient pain using appropriate scales.
  • Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions in achieving patient outcomes.
  • Maintain nursing standards and participate in meetings, in-services, and quality improvement groups.
  • Document observations accurately and concisely and communicate with the care team.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high patient satisfaction.
  • Complete unit/department duties as outlined in department documents.

Formação académica

RN license (Missouri or Nurse Licensure Compact)
