Job summary

UroPartners LLC. in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess patient health problems, develop care plans, and maintain medical records in the clinic setting.

The role requires an RN license, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of clinical experience (urology preferred). No night or weekend shifts; competitive pay with PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license and certification required by state.
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient problems both in the office and on the phone, to determine disposition of patient.
• Facilitates patient care and documents all communication into the EMR.
• Communicates physician treatment plan including lab/imaging results to patients and documents appropriately within the EMR.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors patients for reactions or side effects per written provider orders.
• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
