Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers is seeking a Clinic RN for Canyon Park Clinic on a full-time daytime schedule. The RN delivers comprehensive ambulatory care, coordinating patient care through the nursing process and collaborating with the health care team to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Washington Registered Nurse license must be active on hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association on hire.
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Clinic RN- Canyon Park Clinic

Schedule- Full Time / Days

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Required Qualifications
