Providence is seeking an experienced RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory clinic setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process and engage with patients via direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• ADN or BSN required or equivalent nursing degree.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided upon hire.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in ambulatory/clinic settings.
• Coordinate care using nursing process with direct and telehealth encounters.
• Support patient teaching and care transitions across lifespan.

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. Required Qualifications
