Job summary

UW Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Immediate Care site at 3775 N. Mulford Rd in Rockford, IL. Per Diem with clinic hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; weekends 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; holidays 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Immediate care setting with on-site care delivery.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN licensure from State of Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
