Job summary

Providence Health and Services seeks a Clinic RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory clinic, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs across the lifespan.

You will coordinate care using the nursing process, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate through direct patient contact, telehealth, and electronic encounters, collaborating with the health care team and complying with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or,Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

DescriptionThe Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
