Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinic RN for the Float Pool to travel across major campuses in Seattle, providing flexible staffing support. Clinic RN - Float Pool

The Float Pool Clinic RN travels to major campuses including Issaquah, Edmonds, Cherry Hill, First Hill, Ballard, and surrounding satellite clinics to provide flexible staffing support across Providence Swedish. This role supports multiple care teams within Primary Care, Pediatrics, Specialty Care, and Women’s Health while covering a variety of clinic schedules, including weekdays and weekends. Team members receive premium travel pay of $2.50 per hour in addition to their base rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care, patient assessment, care coordination, and clinical support across multiple ambulatory care settings.
• Travel to major campuses and satellite clinics to provide flexible staffing support.
• Support multiple care teams across Primary Care, Pediatrics, Specialty Care, and Women’s Health.
• Maintain exceptional standards of patient care and collaboration across diverse patient populations, provider teams, and operational workflows.
• Adapt quickly to different patient populations, provider teams, and operational workflows while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate’s degree Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Compensation

Base pay range: $43.82 – $68.03 per hour, plus $2.50 per hour premium travel pay. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
