Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, with compensation and benefits supporting career growth. The ideal candidate will have an Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
