Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is hiring an RN for cardiovascular nursing at UW Health Charles St. Clinic in Rockford. This 100% FTE, Monday-Friday position runs 8:00am-4:30pm at the Charles St. Clinic and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The role requires graduation from an approved School of Nursing, an Illinois RN license, and BLS within 90 days; ACLS is preferred. Strong patient care and collaboration with a busy team are essential.

• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
• 2 years of cardiovascular nursing or related experience preferred.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. You will work at UW Health Charles St. Clinic 1340 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

Work Experience

• 2 years of cardiovascular nursing or related experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire. Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. Preferred
