Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in a virtual and ambulatory setting. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the lifespan, including telehealth interactions, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Registered Nurse License in the state where care will be provided.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Description

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in a virtual and/or ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while applying appropriate care strategies across the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care and education through direct interaction, as well as telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters.

This role collaborates closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering safe, effective patient care. All actions are aligned with and reflect the organization's core values.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
