Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to support immunization and wellness services across multiple sites in the San Jose area. The role involves clinical decision-making and adherence to facility policies while delivering high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities include immunizations, clinic nursing duties, and coordination with care teams. Active CA RN license and CPR as applicable are required; one year clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.
• 1 year clinic or immunization setting experience preferred.
• Complies with all applicable professional standards of practice.
• CPR certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per facility policies and protocols.
• Work across remote and clinic locations to serve a defined population.
• Perform immunizations and health-related assessments as needed.

Pay: $60 / Hour

Location: San Jose, CA

The Registered Nurse – Clinic/Wellness/Immunization works ina variety of either remote or clinic locations to serve a specific population'shealth and wellness needs. The Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability tomake clinical judgments effectively and efficiently to provide qualityappropriate care in accordance with facility’s policies and protocols. These variety of sites include but are notlimited to community or employment immunization clinics, wellness clinics, jobsafety and workers compensation sites and travel health clinics from pediatricto geriatric age populations.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
• One year experience as a nurse in a clinic or immunizationsetting preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
