Job summary

BH Surgical Clinic Stuttgart is seeking a Clinic Registered Medical Assistant to support physicians in examinations and treatments. You will handle patient intake, record vital signs, and document health histories in the electronic medical record with accuracy and confidentiality.

The role may involve drawing blood and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis. A CPR certification and a Registered Medical Assistant credential are required, with a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years

Responsibilities

The Registered Medical Assistant assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. The assistant conducts patient intake, takes vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height) and completes patient health history in the electronic medical record. The role may require drawing and collecting blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, involving exposure to bodily fluids during patient care. Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to maintain a fast pace during clinic hours are essential.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent (required for lab work)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Registered Medical Assistant certification required

Compensation

Authorized 64.00 hours bi-weekly.
