Chiro 1st of Washington is hiring a dynamic Receptionist to serve as the bridge between patients and their health goals in our Everett clinics. This in-person role supports doctors, assists with care, and ensures a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

You’ll train for patient care, perform therapeutic exercises under supervision, and coordinate appointments. Training is provided, with x-ray certification reimbursement and pay raises upon certification; benefits include medical coverage and

Qualifications

• High energy, positive attitude, and love working with people.
• Strong communication skills (in person and by phone).
• Comfortable being hands-on with patients.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Growth mindset and openness to coaching/training.
• No prior healthcare experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their symptoms (Spanish fluency a bonus, not required).
• Teach patients how to properly perform therapeutic exercises (sometimes side by side).
• Take digital spinal x-rays once certified (training provided).
• Manage daily office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Support the clinic’s doctor and team members in growing the office.
