Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures including diagnostic, fluoroscopy, and c-arm as assigned.
• Explain procedures, obtain history, and address patient questions.
• Position patients, select exposure factors, and ensure radiation safety.
• Identify patients, label images, verify orders, and ensure image quality.
• Collaborate with physicians and work independently when needed.
• Document charges, enter data into the RIS, and support billing accuracy.
• Serve as a resource and assist with accreditation efforts.
• Assist with patient handling and transfers using proper technique.
• Provide age-appropriate care and adapt to life-span development as required.
