Mass General Brigham Newton-Wellesley Hospital seeks an administrative/clinical support professional for the Breast Imaging Department. You will handle scheduling, check-in/out, billing forms, and scanning documents into patient records with minimal supervision.
You will also serve as a Super User for scheduling and billing systems, train staff, and help manage daily practice operations, including co-pays and authorizations messages.

Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations, under minimal supervision. Performs administrative duties in the Breast Imaging Department, related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties (performs all duties of the other levels at highest proficiency level).
