Salem Hospital is seeking an administrative/clinical support professional to assist with scheduling, registration, and billing operations. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling calls, and supporting billing processes in a fast-paced clinic environment.
The position requires a CMAA credential preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2–3 years of office experience. This onsite role supports multiple departments and may include additional duties as needed.
Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department.
