DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Our sports medicine physical therapists specialize in preventing, and treating injuries related to participation in sports and/or exercise. We offer a Concussion Rehab Program, bike fitting, throwing analysis, running analysis, to provide biomechanical analysis, treatment, and safe return to play for athletes. The clinic provides expert, individualized care for athletes of all sports and ages. Furthermore, we have a sports medicine physical therapy residency program and all therapists are on faculty for this program.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• Two (2) years physical therapy experience preferred.
• GSR Samaritan Athletic Med PT:
  • American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) board certified required within (1) year of hire. Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) preferred.
