Job summary

VytlOne is hiring a Full Time Certified Pharmacy Technician for East Liberty Family Health Care Center Pharmacy in Pittsburgh. You will support pharmacists, process prescriptions, and provide compassionate customer service in a clinic-based retail setting.

Required: High School Diploma/GED, 2+ years retail pharmacy experience, current PTCB certification or willingness to obtain, and strong computer skills. Spanish language skills are a big plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current PTCB Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months (company will assist).
• Bilingual Spanish is a big plus.
• At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Computer experience is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate pharmacy software/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with accurate, timely, compliant pharmacy services.
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately.
• Provide compassionate and attentive customer service.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Operate POS and process sales accurately.
• Demonstrate professionalism and urgency in interactions.
• Complete tasks in an organized, efficient manner.
• Think proactively and accept feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
