Job summary

GapRx 340B Consultants, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for an in-house clinic in Georgia. The role involves inventory management, preparing and storing medications, processing insurance claims, and assisting customers at the front desk.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience and must be registered with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy. This is a full-time, in-person position with a day shift and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers and front desk staff.
• Maintains inventory of pharmacy items and assists in labeling and dispensing.
• Completes adherence and prescription pickup calls and supports training of new employees.

Responsibilities

• Fills prescription items and packages medications for dispensing and delivery.
• Prepares prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Labels products with appropriate cautions.
• Participates in periodic inventory of the pharmacy.
• Checks drugs and supplies and removes out-of-date items from inventory.
• Communicates with customers in person or by phone in a professional manner.
