Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supports clinic workflow and scheduling to meet productivity standards.
• Implements clinic policies and procedures consistently.
• Assists in evaluating employee performance and participates in interviews and training.
• Manages office space and supplies and maintains records.
• Attends required meetings and participates in committees.
• Coordinates staff activities across markets and with medical management teams.
• Collects clinic performance and quality metrics and prepares reports.
• Orders and maintains stock of supplies.
• Assists with budget preparation and adherence.
• Coordinates conference calls and meeting preparations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
