Job summary

Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine (GCBS) seeks a Practice Manager to lead the new Fishers clinic, opening in 2027, with training at our Carmel HQ and travel to other clinics. You will build staffing, support MD practice growth, and optimize patient care while engaging employees for sustained improvement.

The ideal candidate has substantial healthcare supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for mentoring staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage patient arrival, registration and checkout processes.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments.
• Oversee electronic chart preparation, pre-certification, and benefits processing.
• Maintain MD schedules and scheduling templates; support clinic growth.
• Develop staffing model and mentor staff through training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
